Available Safety Features in the 2018 Toyota C-HR

The first-ever Toyota C-HR is making its way to dealership lots this month, which is bringing a lot of excitement to the Toyota world. To get a better idea of the available safety features this model has to offer, Toyota created four videos to showcase systems such as pedestrian detection, dynamic radar cruise control, blind spot monitors and rear cross traffic alerts.

All Toyota C-HR models will come standard with Toyota Safety Sense P, which is a suite of four active safety technologies. They work by combining an in-vehicle camera with a front-grille-mounted, millimeter-wave radar system to enhance the vehicle’s reaction time and performance in situations that may be out of the driver’s control.
