Toyota & VH1 Save the Music Foundation to Support Music Education

Toyota will once again partner with the VH1 Save the Music Foundation to assist music education programs in public schools. The partnership includes a $50,000 donation to VH1 Save the Music, which will fund a Music Technology grant to support a school in the Philadelphia School District, as well as a $7,500 music grant to the Miami-Dade School District. Toyota and Project Lead the Way Award STEM Grants to U.S. Schools

The STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) subject areas are very important, for students who gain a solid education in STEM will help shape the technologies and innovations in the future. As one of the world’s leading automakers, Toyota knows firsthand the value of STEM training, and this is why they recently partnered with Project Lead the Way (PLTW) in the awarding of $290,000 in grants to 22 K-12 schools in Southwest Indiana to help improve STEM education.
