When I arrived I needed to ask two of the sales associates where I was supposed to go because I had never been, and they were so kind to me and gave me exact directions. When I pulled in to the service bay, both of the men working were also very kind! Carlos was the one who helped me with my service and I was very thankful for his help! I wasn't sure what my car would need, and instead of just doing everything I thought my car needed, he suggested what he thought would be appropriate and actually saved me A LOT of money on maintenance my car wasn't in need of. I expected to be there for a little bit, but I also found their work time to be excellent. I was there for 2 hours and just brought a book to read and that helped the time pass by. The gal who pulled my car up to the front (I forgot her name!) was also very polite!! I will most definitely be bringing my car back here for any future services! On the verge of tears, I called the service manager who immediately helped. Needless to say, I was shocked. It was definitely a breathe of fresh air. Thank you. Original post...8 weeks and $6800 later, my check engine light is fixed. They gave me a "discount" on labor, but charged me twice Toyota's own MSRP for most parts. They did not cover the cost of one repair that they said they would. I will give them 5 stars for the courtesy vehicle, but the rest of my experience with Western Slope Toyota's service this summer has left me never wanting to go there again. ”

“ Was willing to buy a new Rav 4 today but the deal fell through over a 500.00 doc fee. I guess they have no power to knock off 500.00 for alittle paper work?! Find a dealer with no doc fee. For a $42,000 Toyota vehicle, a car salesman's commission is calculated based on the dealer's gross profit, not the total sale price. 1. Typical Commission Calculation Gross Profit Margin: Dealerships typically have a 2% to 6% profit margin built into the MSRP of a new Toyota. On a $42,000 car, a 5% gross profit would be $2,100. I guess this dealership is pretty greedy ”

“ Western Slope Toyota completely dropped the ball. This week my I helped a very close friend to buy a 2026 Toyota Tacoma. Financing wasn’t an issue — this was basically a cash deal. We told the salesman exactly what we wanted, including the specific color, which matters when you’re dropping this much money on a new vehicle. We were in no hurry and willing to wait to get color wanted. Instead of actually trying to help, the salesman shrugged and said, “We don’t have that and it’s going to be hard to get,” then immediately tried to push a different color — even after being told multiple times that wasn’t what we wanted. No effort. No options. No “let’s see what we can do.” Nothing. Just lazy salesmanship. So we drove to Glenwood Springs the next day, worked with an amazing salesman named Adam, and left with the exact truck we wanted in the exact color, just in time for Christmas. Funny part? They said a lot of customers from Mesa County are coming up there because Western Slope Toyota isn’t willing to try. That means Mesa County loses tax revenue, local workers lose commissions, and customers lose confidence — all because Western Slope Toyota couldn’t be bothered to try to make a sale. Color may seem “small,” but it’s a big deal when you’re paying this kind of money. They made it clear our business didn’t matter. Won’t be recommending them to anyone. ”

“ I came to this dealership on the day before thanks Giving after looking at a car on line for several weeks. Had my brother in law and Sister go look at it since I am out of town. The internet said the price was @ 42k. I went in with an offer of 38 ( fully expecting to negotiate with them) and they would'nt even Negotiate with me! I would have bought the car that day. So now they still have the car on their lot! Their Loss! ”

“ I never buy a new cars but my wife decided she had to have a new Toyota RAV4 she took it in for oil change maintenance and told them that she had a tire that had a slow leak they failed to detect leak and sent her out the door she told me about this and I took a soapy bottle of water outside and within 30 seconds found the leak why can't the mechanics at Western slope Toyota Ford or whatever they want to call themselves learn how to actually take care of their customers. She had a tire problem before and they gave her a appointment a week out. This place lives up to name stealership. Rob you on car and very poor service. What will happen when she really needs service. I will have to cover. Just because they have service department doesn't me good service. ”

I was told Kevin the manager would call and check in, but I guess that is not happening since we bought a used car for our son who is a new driver! LOL, and can we talk about the used car office? The office is old and dingy. The new car and finance offices are bright clean and new.... I guess Toyota just cares less about the customers who are buying used! MY recommendation?? If buying a car new or not...go somewhere else. ”

“ ONCE AGAIN, DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE!!!! Scammers!!! If I could give negative stars I would. Purchased a used vehicle here beginning of June and less than a week after driving it I had to get the transmission replaced, then I take my car through the wash. Turns out it leaks lots of water through the door panels on the driver and passenger side. Clearly they either have absolutely no idea how to do a proper inspection before selling a vehicle or they knowingly sell you terrible vehicles. I have to believe it’s the later since they didn’t let me know one of the vehicles I was going to purchase needed the engine gaskets replaced, a minor 2-3k on top of the asking price, they were unwilling to fix. They only let me know this once I had already driven 2hrs and arrived at the dealership. If I wasn’t in such a desperate need of a car at the time I would’ve just walked away. Now I’m stuck with a terrible car, and the dealership continues to ignore my reaching out. Do not buy a vehicle here! ”
