There are a lot of reasons to love pickup trucks, and most truck owners consider their choice of truck a serious matter of consideration and choice. So why would you buy a truck with a limited list of available features? The 2020 Toyota Tacoma is built with more than enough variety so picky shoppers can identify the trim level that’s best for them.
There are six trim levels of the Toyota Tacoma, the SR, SR5, TRD Sport, TRD Off-Road, Limited, and TRD Pro. Of course, you can subdivide the trims further according to other variables like cabin size, bed length, and drive type. Each trim is bound to bring in its own audience, but which one will you choose? Review the chart below for some highlights of each trim.

Each of these trim levels is sure to draw in different people based on what they plan to do with the truck. Those who buy the SR trim are likely just looking to bring home a pickup truck for its ability to carry and tow, regardless of the interior features. The SR5 will probably get picked over the SR by those who can afford the small bump up in price because of having more electronic features. The TRD Sport is another step up in terms of interior features and should attract those who will pay a little more for better safety features. The TRD Off-Road trim will bring in a hefty portion of the off-roading crowd, but those who are serious about off-roading and that have the cash for it, will choose the TRD PRO. The Limited trim is made for comfort and convenience from the front bumper to the tailgate.
