Toyota Express Maintenance Technician
Performs routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, and inspections with precision and speed. Works in a team environment to deliver same-day service while ensuring Toyota standards are met. Builds foundational skills in safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Apprentice / Reconditioning Tech
Apprentices assist experienced technicians in diagnosing and repairing primarily Toyota vehicles under direct supervision. Reconditioning technicians perform comprehensive inspections and repairs on pre-owned vehicles to meet safety and quality standards before resale. The workload focuses on import vehicles but may include all makes and models, building a diverse and valuable technical foundation.
Certified Technician
Performs a full range of maintenance and repair operations following Toyota factory specifications. Utilizes diagnostic software and advanced tools to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Demonstrates growing independence and helps mentor entry-level technicians.
Expert Level Technician
Handles complex diagnostics, system failures, and major component replacements with advanced precision. Acts as a technical authority and supports fellow technicians in resolving difficult repair concerns. Ensures Toyota’s high standards for safety, quality, and customer satisfaction are consistently met.
Master Technician
Recognized as a top-tier professional capable of diagnosing and repairing the most advanced and challenging vehicle issues. Provides leadership, coaching, and technical guidance to the entire service team. Maintains certification through continuous Toyota technical training and ASE mastery.
Master Diagnostic Technician
The highest level of Toyota technician achievement, combining expert-level Toyota certification with ASE L1 Advanced Engine Performance credentials. Serves as the dealership’s ultimate technical authority for all vehicle systems, drivability, and advanced diagnostics.
